Your Goal · For Women
Women's
Fitness.
Strength, confidence and community — in sessions built around women, for women. Whether it's your very first workout or your comeback after years away, you'll have a coach who gets it and a group that has your back. From minute one.
Why This Exists
A space that
gets it.
Let's be honest about why many women never feel at home in gyms: unsolicited advice, being watched, equipment areas that feel like someone else's territory, and advice columns full of myths about what women 'should' do. We built our women's fitness program to delete all of that. Sessions led by a female coach, in a supportive group, with real strength training — because women don't need a softer program, they need a better environment.
And about that biggest myth: no, lifting will not make you bulky. What it will do is make you strong, athletic and resilient — it shapes your body the way no amount of cardio can, protects your bones for decades to come, and builds the kind of confidence that walks out of the gym with you. Salome's favorite result isn't on any scale: it's women who walk into the gym like they own the place. Because here, they do.

The Grand Fitness Women's Method
Four phases.
Your pace, always.
Everyone starts somewhere different — a first-timer, a comeback, an athlete. The path is the same; the pace is entirely yours:
Your First Visit
Meet, Talk, Breathe Out
Before any workout: a real conversation with Salome. Your history, your goals, what you're comfortable with and what you're absolutely not — everything on the table, nothing judged. You'll get a tour, meet the group if you like, and choose your format: women's small-group sessions, 1-on-1 training, or a mix. Then a gentle first session and the sauna. Most women tell us the same thing afterwards: 'I can't believe I was nervous about this.'
Weeks 1–6
Build Your Foundations
Now we build your base — properly. Fundamental strength movements taught step by step: bodyweight first, then dumbbells, then the barbell exactly when YOU'RE ready and not a day sooner. Alongside strength, mobility and core work keep everything balanced. The small group carries you through: same faces every week, shared wins, and the growing realization that you belong on that training floor.
Weeks 7+
Level Up, Your Way
With your foundation set, training gets personal. Want to get visibly stronger? We load progressively. Toning and shaping? (Spoiler: that's building muscle — and now you'll enjoy doing it.) Fat loss? We blend strength with conditioning. Better posture and energy? Core and mobility work take a bigger role. Salome also teaches you to work with your cycle instead of against it — adjusting intensity to your energy is smart training, not weakness.

Community & New Goals
By now the group chat has a name, the Tuesday slot is sacred, and 'I could never' has quietly left your vocabulary. We keep momentum with new goals, celebrated milestones and — whenever you're curious — doors into everything else Grand Fitness offers: boxing, classes, the full floor. It's all yours. It always was.
The Principles
Six principles.
Myth-free.
Women's training has collected more myths than any corner of fitness. Here's what we actually build on:

Salome
Women's Fitness Coach
“Strong looks different on every woman. My job is to help you find your version of it.”
Salome knows exactly how intimidating a training floor can feel on day one — she's been there, and she built her entire coaching style around removing that feeling. 200+ women trained, endless patience, and a sharp eye that notices everything: your form, your energy, your wins. In her sessions, nobody gets lost and everybody belongs.

Questions & Answers
Before you
ask.
Won't lifting weights make me bulky?
No — this is the most persistent myth in fitness. Strength training makes you strong, lean and athletic; visible 'bulk' requires years of deliberate, highly specialized training and eating. What you'll actually notice: shape, posture, energy, and a confidence that has nothing to do with the scale.
Are the sessions women-only?
The dedicated small-group sessions with Salome are, yes — that's the point of them. But your membership includes the entire gym, every class and every corner of the floor. Many members start in the women's sessions and end up loving the whole building. Your gym, your choice.
I've never trained in my life. Is that a problem?
It's the opposite of a problem — beginners are Salome's specialty. You'll start with the basics, at your pace, with a coach who explains everything and a group that remembers exactly what day one felt like. Nobody is behind here; everybody just has a different starting line.
Can I train during my period, or while pregnant?
During your cycle: absolutely — Salome adjusts intensity with you openly and pragmatically; training often helps more than resting. Pregnancy and postpartum deserve individual guidance: talk to Salome and, for pregnancy, your doctor — our team includes pre- and postnatal certified coaches who'll build something safe and good for you.
What should I wear? Do I need equipment?
Whatever you're comfortable moving in — leggings, shorts, t-shirt, anything. Bring water and a towel; lockers, showers and the sauna are all there. No equipment needed, ever — the gym provides everything.
Can I bring a friend?
Please do — everything is better together, and training partners are the best consistency hack there is. Fair warning: the group has a habit of turning 'my friend came once' into 'my friend is now also a member'.
