Group Class · Full-Body Training
Group
Exercise.
Forty-five minutes of full-body training that's never the same twice: strength, cardio and functional movement woven into one high-energy session — carried by great music, a great coach, and a room full of people pushing in the same direction.
What This Class Is
The whole gym,
in one class.
Group Exercise is the Swiss army knife of our schedule: one session that trains strength, cardio and coordination together. One day it's a circuit of dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight stations; the next it's intervals, sleds and battle ropes; the day after, a partner workout that has the whole room laughing between sets. The only constant is the format — coached, scalable, and over before you can get bored.
The secret ingredient is the room itself. Training alone, your brain negotiates ('maybe eight reps is enough today'). Training in a group, with music up and a coach counting you down, those negotiations simply never start. It's the most reliable effort-multiplier in fitness — and the reason group training members are famously the most consistent people in any gym.

Inside a Session
Forty-five minutes,
zero dead time.
Formats rotate, but the arc of every session is the same — ramp up, work hard, finish together:
What You'll Build
Six things this class
builds fast.
Group Exercise is the all-rounder — which is exactly why it works so broadly:
Who It's For
This class fits you if…
- You want maximum results per minute — one class that trains everything
- You train harder with music, people and a coach than alone with a plan
- You get bored by routines and want every session to surprise you
- You're building the gym habit and want a fixed, fun anchor in your week

Your Coach
Joni
Group Fitness Coach
“If you're not smiling by the end of my class, I'll work harder next time.”
Pure energy, every single session — and behind the fun, a serious coach. Joni scales every exercise for every level in the room, watches form like a hawk, knows every regular by name and makes every newcomer feel like one. His classes have a waiting list for a reason.
Questions & Answers
Before your
first class.
I'm not fit enough for a group class yet.
That sentence has kept more people from getting fit than any injury ever has. Every exercise in this class has three versions — easier, standard, harder — and you pick yours, every time. The group provides the energy; the scaling protects the beginner. You'll fit in from minute one.
What's the difference between this and Aerobic?
Aerobic is pure cardio with music and flow — continuous movement for endurance and fat burn. Group Exercise adds weights and functional stations: more strength, more variety, station-based structure. Many members do both; they complement each other perfectly.
Do I need to book a spot?
For most sessions you can just walk in. If a slot is popular (Friday 20:00, we're looking at you), check in at reception a few minutes early. All sessions are included in every membership — no fees, no credits.
What should I bring?
Training clothes, indoor shoes, water and a towel. All equipment — dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, mats — is provided and set up before you arrive.
Will everyone see that I'm new?
The beautiful thing about circuit formats: everyone is busy at their own station, at their own level. Joni will quietly set you up right, and by the finisher you're just part of the room.
How often should I come?
Two sessions a week transforms most people within three months. Combine with a cardio day and you have a complete week — all included in your membership.
