Group Class · Cardio & Endurance
Aerobic.
Classic aerobic training done right: forty-five minutes of continuous, music-driven movement that builds your endurance, burns serious energy, and — this is the part nobody expects — flies by. The most joyful cardio in Batumi, four times a week.
What This Class Is
Cardio you'll
actually crave.
Aerobic is continuous rhythmic movement set to music — step patterns, low-impact combinations and full-body sequences that keep your heart rate in the endurance zone for the whole class. No complicated choreography to memorize, no dance background needed: Joni builds every sequence up step by step, layer by layer, so your body learns it while you're already moving.
The physiology is beautifully simple: sustained aerobic work strengthens your heart, multiplies your endurance, teaches your body to burn fat efficiently, and floods your brain with the endorphins that made 'runner's high' famous — minus the running. The music does the pacing, the group does the motivating, and 45 minutes disappear faster than any treadmill session you've ever survived.

The class builds like a good playlist — warm opening, rising energy, a peak, and a satisfying outro:

Your Coach
Joni
Group Fitness Coach
“If you're not smiling by the end of my class, I'll work harder next time.”
Aerobic is where Joni's legend was built: great music, better energy, and sequences that make complete beginners feel coordinated by week two. He reads the room like a DJ, scales every block for every level, and turns Monday 08:00 — objectively the worst timeslot in fitness — into the best-attended class of the week.
Questions & Answers
Before your
first class.
I have two left feet. Will I be lost?
No — this isn't dance class. Joni builds every sequence one simple layer at a time, and every step has a basic version. By your second class your feet will surprise you, and nobody in the room is watching anyone but the coach anyway.
Is 08:00 really a good time to train?
It's secretly the best: the class wakes you up better than coffee, the endorphins carry you through the workday, and evening plans can never steal your workout. The Monday 08:00 crowd is the most loyal in the building — come find out why.
How many calories does a class burn?
Depending on your size and effort, roughly 400–600 kcal per session — plus the metabolic afterglow of sustained cardio. But the bigger win is what daily energy, better sleep and a stronger heart do for everything else.
Is it suitable if I'm overweight or very unfit?
Yes — aerobic is one of the most scalable formats in fitness. You control your intensity every minute: smaller movements, lower tempo, breaks whenever needed. The class meets you where you are, and your endurance grows shockingly fast.
What's the difference to Group Exercise?
Aerobic is pure, continuous cardio flow — no equipment, just you, the music and the movement. Group Exercise adds weights and stations for a strength-cardio mix. The dream week has both.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, cushioned sports shoes, water and a towel. That's the whole list — the music and the energy are provided.
