Your Goal · First Time?
Just Get
Started.
New to the gym? Perfect — you're exactly who we built this place for. No experience needed, no judgment anywhere, and a coach by your side from the very first minute. The hardest part is the door. Let's get you through it.
The Truth About Starting
Nobody is
watching you.
Let's talk about the fear that keeps most people out of gyms: the feeling that everyone will stare, judge, and instantly know you're new. Here's the truth you'll discover in your first ten minutes — everyone in here is completely absorbed in their own training. The strong people you're worried about? They remember their own day one vividly, and they're quietly rooting for you. Gym people love beginners; it reminds them why they started.
The second fear — 'I won't know what to do' — we simply delete: at Grand Fitness you get a coach from your very first session. They set up your plan, show you every machine, and answer every question you were afraid was stupid. (There are no stupid questions. There are only questions everyone else was also afraid to ask.) You'll never stand in the middle of the floor wondering what to do next. Not once.

The Grand Fitness Beginner Method
Four phases.
From door to habit.
In twelve weeks, 'I'm thinking about joining a gym' becomes 'I'm a person who trains.' Here's the exact road:
Day 1
Your First Session
You walk in — no appointment needed, any time between 08:00 and 24:00. At reception, we pair you with the coach who fits you best. You talk: your goals, your worries, your starting point. Then a tour, an easy guided first workout that meets you exactly where you are, and the sauna to finish. You leave knowing three things: where everything is, what your plan will be, and that this was nowhere near as scary as your head promised.
Weeks 1–4
Learn the Basics
Your coach builds you a simple full-body plan — a handful of fundamental movements, mostly on beginner-friendly machines at first, moving toward free weights as your confidence grows. Two to three visits a week, about an hour each. The only real goal of this phase: make showing up feel normal. Muscles will ache a little, questions will get answered, and the machines will stop looking like alien technology remarkably fast.
Weeks 5–12
Find Your Thing
With the basics down, you get to explore: try a class (Aerobic is famously beginner-friendly), test the cardio zone at the window, maybe throw a first jab in the boxing room. Somewhere in these weeks, something clicks — a class you love, a lift you're proud of, a goal that excites you. When it does, your coach shapes your plan around it. This is where 'exercising' quietly becomes 'training'.
Month 3+
You're a Gym Person Now
The routine is set, the first visible results have arrived, and the gym has become a normal — maybe favorite — part of your week. From here, every door in Grand Fitness is open: pick a bigger goal from our Goals programs, chase strength with Gurgen, join Salome's women's sessions, or simply keep enjoying your routine. Look back at week one. That person wouldn't believe where you are.

Questions & Answers
Before you
ask.
Do I need to get fit BEFORE joining a gym?
This is the most common worry and the most backwards one — the gym is where you get fit, not where you arrive fit. Every single person on that floor started exactly where you are. Your coach scales day one precisely to you, whatever 'you' currently means.
Will people stare at me?
No — and you'll see it for yourself within ten minutes: everyone is completely focused on their own training, their own music, their own numbers. If anything, regulars quietly respect beginners. If you'd still prefer a calm start, mornings and early afternoons are wonderfully quiet.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothes, sports shoes, a water bottle and a towel — that's genuinely it. Lockers, showers and the sauna are all included, and for your first session you don't even need to book. Just walk in.
What does it cost?
Straightforward pricing, no fine print: a single visit is 25 GEL, a month is 140 GEL, and longer plans bring it down to about 3.6 GEL per day. Every plan includes all classes and the sauna — no hidden extras, ever. Come by first and see everything with your own eyes.
Do I have to book my first session?
No — just walk in any day between 08:00 and 24:00 and we'll take care of you. If you'd rather have a fixed time or a specific coach, call +995 557 19 27 27 or email us and we'll set it up.
What if I try it and it's just not for me?
Then you shake hands and that's it — no contract, no strings and no follow-up pressure. But fair warning from experience: the combination of a good first workout, a coach who gets you, and that first sauna has an extremely high conversion rate. 😉
