Feel Great
Again.
Forget crash diets and punishment workouts — they've failed you before and they'd fail you again. Feeling great is built differently: training you genuinely enjoy, habits that survive real life, and people who cheer you on. Here's the plan.
Why This Works
Consistency you
don't have to force.
Here's what nobody tells you about losing weight and getting fit: the best program on paper is worthless if you quit it in week three. Motivation is a terrible long-term fuel — it runs out exactly when things get hard. What actually works is enjoyment: training with music you love, people you like, and small wins you can feel almost immediately — better sleep, more energy, lighter mood, stairs that stop being an event.
That's the Grand Fitness approach: we don't build you a punishment schedule, we build you a week you look forward to. Classes that fly by, cardio with a view of the city, a bit of strength work to fire up your metabolism — and a coach who adjusts everything to your real life instead of a fantasy version of it.

The Grand Fitness Feel-Great Method
Four phases.
Zero punishment.
This isn't a 30-day challenge — it's how you become a person who trains, permanently. Step by step:
Week 1
Reset the Story
Your first visit is a conversation before it's a workout. What have you tried? What did you hate? What did you secretly enjoy? Together with your coach you pick the activities that fit YOU — classes, cardio, light strength, or a mix — and set markers that matter beyond the scale: energy, sleep, mood, how your clothes fit. Then we do an easy first session and finish in the sauna. That's it. Day one, done.
Weeks 2–6
Build the Habit
The only goal of this phase: make showing up automatic. Two to three fixed slots per week in your calendar — a class you enjoy, a cardio-plus-strength mix day, and one flexible session. Intensity stays moderate on purpose; we're building the habit, not testing your limits. Most members are surprised how fast the first wins arrive: better sleep within days, noticeably more energy within two weeks.
Weeks 7–12
Turn It Up — Gently
With the habit locked in, we make the sessions count for more: heart-rate zones on your cardio, intervals sprinkled into classes, and two short strength blocks per week — because muscle is your metabolism's best friend. Alongside training, your coach helps you stack small nutrition wins: protein and vegetables first, nothing banned, no diet-drama. The scale starts moving because your life did.
Ongoing
Make It a Lifestyle
By month three, something has shifted: you're not 'trying to get fit' anymore — you're a person who trains. Now we keep it interesting: new classes, new goals, maybe a strength or boxing block from our other programs. Progress checks celebrate everything the scale can't see. This is the phase that lasts forever — and it's the whole point.
The Principles
Six principles.
No diet-drama.
Sustainable fat loss and fitness aren't mysterious — they follow rules. These are the six we build everything on:
Inside a Week
One week.
Fully doable.
Not a minute-by-minute drill — a week you can actually live. Here's what a typical feel-great week looks like:

Questions & Answers
Before you
ask.
I hate cardio. Is this still for me?
Then don't do 'cardio' — do a class. Most people who hate cardio actually hate boredom, and a 45-minute session with music, a coach and a room full of energy is a completely different sport. Come try one session with Joni; that's usually all it takes.
How fast will I lose weight?
Sustainably: around 0.5–1% of your bodyweight per week once training and eating habits settle in. But the first wins come much faster — better sleep within days, more energy inside two weeks. We optimize for the version of you a year from now, not a crash result you can't keep.
Do I have to follow a diet?
No bans, no meal plans from hell. We work with small additions instead: protein and vegetables first, water before snacks, and awareness of the few habits doing the most damage. It's slower than a crash diet — and unlike a crash diet, it works permanently.
I'm embarrassed about my fitness level. Will I stick out?
Everyone in that room started somewhere — including the fittest people in it. Classes are scaled to every level, nobody's watching anyone else, and if you'd like a quieter start, the 08:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00 slots are wonderfully calm. Your coach will make you feel at home in one session; that's a promise.
How often do I need to train?
Two to three sessions per week changes everything — energy, sleep, mood, and eventually the mirror. Start with two if that's what your life allows. Consistency at two beats collapsing at five.
What results can I track besides weight?
Plenty — and they matter more: resting energy, sleep quality, mood, how clothes fit, stairs without breathing hard, strength going up. Your coach helps you notice all of it, because those wins arrive first and keep you going.
