Boxing.
Fifty minutes of real boxing: footwork, combinations, heavy bags and pads — taught by a former competitive boxer, in a dedicated boxing zone watched over by Tyson, Ali and Rocky. No sparring, no getting hit. Just the purest conditioning workout in Batumi.
What This Class Is
Boxing, minus
the bruises.
This is a technique-first boxing class, not a cardio class wearing boxing gloves. You'll learn the real fundamentals — stance, guard, footwork, the jab, the cross, hooks and defensive movement — the same way fighters learn them, drilled step by step and refined round by round. The difference: everything happens on bags, pads and in shadowboxing. Punches only ever travel one direction, and it's away from you.
What you get in return is the sport's famous side effect: fight-level fitness. Boxing's rounds structure — work hard, rest short, repeat — builds an engine, a core and a mental calm that no machine can. Members consistently call it the hardest workout they've ever loved, and the one hour a week where their head goes completely quiet.

Questions & Answers
Before your
first class.
Will I get hit or have to spar?
No — never in this class. Everything happens on bags, pads and in shadowboxing; punches travel one direction only. If you ever grow curious about controlled technical sparring, that's a conversation YOU start with Goga, months down the line, entirely optional.
I have zero experience and average fitness. Can I join?
Yes — most people in the room started exactly there. Every drill scales to your level, you rest as much as you need in the early weeks, and Goga teaches the fundamentals from absolute zero. Boxing is how you'll get fit, not something you get fit for.
What should I bring to my first class?
Training clothes, sports shoes and water — we'll sort you out with gear so you can simply try it. Once you're hooked, your own wraps and gloves are the first purchase; Goga will tell you exactly what's worth buying (and what isn't).
Is boxing suitable for women?
Completely — some of the most technical boxers in our classes are women. Boxing rewards speed, rhythm and precision far more than size, and everyone trains together in the same supportive room.
How fit will boxing actually make me?
Frighteningly. The rounds format builds cardiovascular fitness, power and core strength simultaneously — most members notice a different engine within a month and get comments about their shoulders by month three.
How often should I come?
Twice a week is the sweet spot for learning technique while recovering well. Once a week still works as the best conditioning session of your week — all four weekly slots are included in every membership.
