Build
Muscle.
There's a wall in our gym that says it best: slow success builds character. Muscle isn't won in a week — it's built rep by rep, meal by meal, with a program that treats volume like the science it is. Here's exactly how we do it.
Why Muscle
Muscle is
earned honest.
Muscle changes everything about how you look, feel and function. It reshapes your body in a way no diet ever can, raises your resting metabolism, protects your joints, and — as the research keeps confirming — it's one of the strongest predictors of healthy aging. A muscular body isn't vanity. It's armor.
And here's the honest truth most of the internet won't tell you: there is no hack. Muscle responds to three things — enough hard sets, enough protein, enough sleep — delivered consistently for months. That's it. The difference between people who transform and people who spin their wheels isn't genetics or supplements. It's structure. And structure is exactly what you get here.

The Grand Fitness Hypertrophy Method
Four phases.
Visible results.
Every muscle-building member follows the same proven path — your starting point and your pace are the only variables. Here's the road ahead:
Weeks 1–2
Assess & Calibrate
We start by finding your true starting point: training history, movement quality, and how your body responds to volume. You'll learn to execute every key exercise with full range of motion and real control — because a half-rep builds half a muscle. Together with your coach you set your protein target, take your baseline measurements, and define what 'success' will look like in twelve weeks.
Weeks 3–10
Build the Volume Base
Now we build. You'll train a structured full-body or upper/lower split, and week by week your working volume — the total hard sets per muscle group — climbs carefully. You'll learn tempo control, how close to failure to train, and how a set is supposed to feel when it actually counts. Every set goes into your log; your coach adjusts the plan based on what the numbers say, not on how motivated anyone feels.
Month 3+
Specialize & Periodize
With a volume base built, your program gets personal: a split that fits your recovery and schedule — push/pull/legs, upper/lower, or something custom — priority volume for the muscle groups YOU want to grow, and intensity techniques like drop sets and lengthened partials used sparingly, where they actually help. Planned deload weeks let your body absorb the work and come back growing.
Every 8–12 Weeks
Measure, Compare, Adjust
Progress you can see and prove: measurements, strength numbers in the 6–12 rep range, and — if you want — progress photos. We compare everything to your baseline, celebrate what grew, and rebuild the program around what's next. Muscle is a long game. We make sure every block moves you forward.
The Principles
Six principles.
Zero bro-science.
Everything in your program traces back to these six. No fads, no magic exercises — just what fifty years of training science actually supports:
Inside a Session
One hour of
hard, smart sets.
A hypertrophy session has a rhythm: heavy and fresh first, pump and precision later. Here's how your hour breaks down:

Nika
Strength & Hypertrophy Coach
“Muscle doesn't respond to wishes. It responds to sets, reps and food — delivered on schedule. Bring me the consistency, I'll bring you the plan.”
Nika lives what he coaches: ten years of training, a 240kg deadlift, and three years of guiding members through structured hypertrophy — every set logged, every block reviewed, every plateau answered with an adjustment instead of a motivational quote. Training and nutrition plans included, in the gym or online.

Questions & Answers
Before you
ask.
How long until I actually see muscle?
You'll feel changes — fuller muscles, better pumps, clothes fitting differently — within 4–8 weeks. Visible changes others notice usually take 3–6 months of consistent training. A genuinely transformed physique is a 12-month project. We're honest about this because honest timelines are the ones people actually finish.
Do I need supplements?
No — food first, always. That said, two things are worth knowing: a protein powder is a convenient way to hit your daily target (not magic, just convenient), and creatine monohydrate is the single best-researched supplement in existence. Your coach will tell you the same thing the science says — and nothing more.
Can I build muscle and lose fat at the same time?
If you're new to training, returning after a break, or carrying extra body fat — yes, body recomposition is very real, and it's the most rewarding phase in training. Advanced lifters usually alternate building and defining phases. Your coach will place you honestly.
Do I have to be sore to make progress?
No. Soreness measures novelty, not growth. Your real progress metric is the logbook: more weight or more reps at the same quality, week over week. Some of your best growth weeks will barely leave you sore at all.
How heavy should I train?
Mostly in the 6–12 rep range, taking sets close to — but rarely to — failure. Heavy enough to matter, controlled enough to grow from and recover from. Your coach calibrates this with you in your first weeks; after that, the logbook keeps everyone honest.
Which training split is best?
The one you'll actually show up for. Three full-body days, upper/lower, push/pull/legs — they all work when volume and effort are right. We build your split around your real schedule, not around an influencer's.
